Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Clear Batch Labs does not sell customer personal information for money.
Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “cross-context behavioral advertising” broadly. Certain analytics, advertising, remarketing, or tracking tools may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under some laws, depending on how they are configured and used.
If we use tools that are considered a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law, eligible users may request to opt out by contacting us at support@clearbatchlabs.com. Please include “Privacy Choices” in the subject line and tell us the request you are making.
Global Privacy Control
Some browsers or browser extensions support Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signals. Where required by applicable law and technically feasible, Clear Batch Labs will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals that apply to our data practices.

To submit a privacy request, email support@clearbatchlabs.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
Please include:
- Your full name.

Verification
We may need to verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests. Verification may require matching information you provide with information we maintain, such as account information, order information, contact information, or transaction details.
Information provided for verification will be used only to verify and process the request, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with law, and keep appropriate request records.
Authorized Agents
Where permitted by applicable law, you may use an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may require proof that you authorized the agent to act for you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
Exceptions
We may deny, limit, or delay a privacy request where permitted by law, including where information is needed to complete a transaction, fulfill an order, process a refund, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, detect fraud or security issues, exercise legal rights, defend legal claims, prevent misuse, enforce our Terms, or maintain compliance records.
